No holding back. I'll get to my goal weight and I'll be strong and healthy when I do it. Nothing will stop me. I know I can do this. I've set up my blog to show my progress. I call it light heavy because I think I want to be a light heavyweight instead of a heavy weight now.<br /><br />I define light heavyweight as below 205 pounds. It's the modern day definition of light heavyweight. You know, like the MMA defines it.<br /><br />Anyway, right now I'm just a before picture with a big gut, but got to <a href="http://lightheavy.org">lightheavy.org</a> and watch become a living, breathing after pic.<br /><br />It will happen.
