Real Life Before and After Attempt for Fat Loss

I'm really going to use everything I have this time. No holding back. I'll get to my goal weight and I'll be strong and healthy when I do it. Nothing will stop me. I know I can do this. I've set up my blog to show my progress. I call it light heavy because I think I want to be a light heavyweight instead of a heavy weight now.

I define light heavyweight as below 205 pounds. It's the modern day definition of light heavyweight. You know, like the MMA defines it.

Anyway, right now I'm just a before picture with a big gut, but got to lightheavy.org and watch become a living, breathing after pic.
